Bafana Striker Bags Brace To Land Title & Champions League Spot

Dino Ndlovu grabbed a brace for Qarabag today as they secured the league title in Azerbaijan despite there being two games still left to play.

The South African, who is the top scorer for his team with 14 goals in all competitions, scored two in the second half this evening to round off a fine 3-0 win over Inter Baku, bagging the Azerbaijan Premier League trophy.

Ndlovu, 27, has been an automatic success with Qarabag since his move from Anorthosis at the start of the season, and will now be playing UEFA Champions League football as the Azerbaijani side enter in the second qualifying round.

Having won the league, the forward and his team will now turn their focus to clinching a league and cup double next month when they face Qabala in the final of the Azerbaijan Cup.
