Teenager Marcus Rashford came off the bench to score United's third goal in their 3-0 win over Basel at Old Trafford.
The 19-year-old has now scored on his UEFA Europa League debut (twice against Midtjilland), his Premier League debut (twice against Arsenal), on his England U21 debut (a hat-trick against Norway U21), on his England debut (against Australia) and on his English League Cup debut (against Northampton), according to Sky Sports.
"It's a good feeling to finish off scoring on my Champions League debut," Rashford said, as quoted by the Daily Express.
"I'm happy with the goal but most of all I'm happy with the three points.
"It was a solid performance from us to build on."
According to Bleacher Report, Rashford became the fifth United teenager to score in the Champions League – the others being Wayne Rooney, David Beckham, Anthony Martial and Phil Jones.
However, the England starlet was not the only United star who netted a landmark goal on Tuesday – his teammate Romelu Lukaku also scored his first Champions League goal.
