Orlando Pirates announced the signing of Wayne Sandilands from Mamelodi Sundowns. With the signing of Sandilands, the Buccaneers now have five first team goalkeepers in Brighton Mhlongo, Jackson Mabokgwane, Siyabonga Mpontshane and Emmanuel Daniel.
Orlando Pirates are said to be interested in the services of Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brilliant Khuzwayo as the Buccaneers continue to look for their number one shot-stopper. Khuzwayo has been on the sidelines since March this year due to an injury that he sustained but that has not deterred Pirates from the possibility of luring the goalkeeper to the team.
Orlando Pirates’ woes last season were mainly pointed at their goalkeepers. Bucs’ goal minders didn’t do enough to silence their critics, instead, they did more blunders that cost the team vital points.
Siphelele Ntshangase is currently a hot topic as numerous PSL clubs are looking to lure the Black Leopards player to their respective teams. Kaizer Chiefs are said to be interested in the NFD star, however, Amakhosi will have to dig deep into their pockets if they want the attacker to move to Naturena.
According to reports in the media, Kaizer Chiefs are looking to swap defender Lorenzo Gordinho for Ajax Cape Town’s Mosa Lebusa. Orlando Pirates, Mamelodi Sundowns and Amakhosi are all said to be interested in the services of the left back and the Naturena-based side could sacrifice Gordinho in order to lure the player to the Glamour Boys.
